Quality health care requires leadership from all levels of staff as it is not necessarily a top-down initiative. Dr. Snowdon provides tools for improving health leaders’ abilities to identify, assess and facilitate the adoption of innovative health care technologies, systems and processes that will bring about positive change for health care providers, patients and the health care system.

As health care continues to evolve around our region, the province and even the country, system champions are needed to lead challenging, quality-improving, initiatives. This seminar session will focus on the tools and strategies necessary for developing successful leaders.
