Role of the ED/ALC Manager

• Member of ESC LHIN team reporting to the Senior Director , Health Service Design, Ralph Ganter
• Primary responsibility in collaboration with the ESC LHIN ED Lead for the implementation of the Pay for Performance and ED PIP supporting ED/ALC targets and funding agreements
• Lead the development of action plans  and mitigation strategies for required performance
• Coordinate and deliver the Quarterly Stocktake Report
• Work collaboratively developing robust partnerships and relationships with the HSP’s to explore and develop integration opportunities that support the ED/ALC strategy within ESC LHIN
