Funding The funding team manages annual transfer payments and scheduled cash flow to all Health Service Providers.
Planning The Planning and Integration Department is responsible for the development and coordination of a 3 year Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) reflecting the needs of Erie St. Clair Residents. In delivering the Strategic Integration Directions identified in the IHSP, the team will be working with health care providers to actively engage them in the planning process and looking for ongoing opportunities for integration and collaboration.
